Wilson & Associates Seasonal Rental Policy
OCCUPANCY: The unit may be occupied by no more than the maximum number of persons indicated on your confirmation or rental agreement unless written consent is obtained.
PAYMENT POLICY: A deposit of $500 is required to confirm a reservation.
o Non-Peak rentals of one month - Final Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
o Non-Peak rentals for more than 1 month - Payment for the first month is due 30 days prior to arrival with the balance due upon arrival. Payments may be made by cash, check, travelers check, money order, electronic funds or credit card (2.75% fee applies to all credit card transactions).
o All Peak-Season (January through April) Rentals - Non-refundable payment of the first month of rent is due 60 days prior to arrival with the balance due on arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is applicable to each rental. This deposit shall be refunded after departure provided there is no damage or theft to the unit or property, and there are no outstanding expenses related to rental extensions, excessive cleaning needed, long distance telephone charges, internet or other incidental expenses.
CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival the deposit shall be refunded less a $200 service fee. For cancellations made within 60 days or arrival, no refund of deposit or any additional payment will be given.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m., unless other prior arrangements have been made.
CHECK-IN LOCATION: Many of our properties are equipped with lock boxes for direct check-in. All other check-ins are at the Wilson & Associates office located at 16913 Gulf Blvd. N. Redington Beach, FL 33708. Wilson & Associates office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday. After hours and weekend check-in arranged upon request. Specific check-in directions will be sent with your final payment receipt.
CLEANING FEE: A basic cleaning fee of $130 applies to all rentals. Excess cleaning fees may apply.
SALES AND TOURIST TAX: 7% Florida State Sales Tax and 6% Pinellas Tourism Tax applies to all rentals of six months or less. Taxes are subject to change according to applicable law.
NO SMOKING: All our units are non-smoking units. Smoking is not permitted in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Wilson & Associates recommends your purchase travel insurance. Please check with your travel insurance provider for pricing, plans and coverage.
PETS: Sorry animals are NOT allowed in most of our vacation rentals
CONDOMINIUM RULES: Your unit is confirmed with the understanding that you will adhere to the rules and regulations set by individual condominiums or homeowner association.
HOUSEKEEPING: Your vacation accommodations are cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. You are responsible for cleaning your unit during your stay and for leaving the unit in good condition at check-out. Please remember you are staying in someone's home during your vacation and treat it with the care you would your own.
SUPPLIES & BEACH TOWELS: Although linens are furnished, please bring your own beach towels & beach blankets, as linens are not to be removed from the unit.
TELEPHONE & INTERNET: For units equipped with telephone service, long distance calls must be charged to a calling card, credit card or billed to your home number unless the unit has free North American and/or Canada long distance calling. Local calls are free. Internet service availability varies with each condo rental and may not be included in your rental unit.
MAINTENANCE: Report all maintenance issues promptly by calling 727-398-5700. Just as might occur at your own well-maintained home, mechanical failures and other breakdowns could occur. Every effort will be made to correct the situation however; no refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures. Other types of maintenance performed by the condominium association may possibly occur during your stay.
